Techno Hub Innovarion Kawasaki(Think) is the 3rd science park in Kawasaki City lacated in the Leihin coastal area.
Think offers rental space that meets the needs of various companies in a wide range of different fields by providing not only general offices but also laboratories that can be used for bio,new materials and environmental industries.KSP has partnered with JFE Life Corporation and prepared KSP-Think on the 2nd floor of the Keihin Building,which is a facility within the Think.We have been supporting venture companies since October 2004.
Qualification
①Start-up companies (established within approximately the last 5 years)
②Individuals who are about to start a business, but individuals will be moving into a shared office until the company is established.
Those who need a research and development environment especially in the biotechnology, materials, and environmental industries
Duration of use
The contract period is 2 years in principle and can be renewed up to 5 years (after that, it can be renewed according to the floor occupancy status)
